TUITION

Tuition is due by the 5th of each month.

Readiness Pre-K Class ..........$190.00/month (5 days)

Note: There will be a $10.00 late fee for tuition received after the 15th of the month.

DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES

The Readiness Pre-Kindergarten Class:  These classes are designed for children who are 4 by Sept. 30 and 5 years old who will attend kindergarten next year.  The Pre-K class will help develop academic and social skills in preparation for a successful Kindergarten year.  This class meets 3,4, and 5 mornings each week from 9:00 a.m. to noon.

The Discovery Class:  These classes are designed for children who are 3 years old by September 30.  Most children are experiencing preschool for the first time.  Emphasis in this class is primarily social development, though age appropriate academic skills are covered.  Interactive play and hands on experiences are important for this age group.  One class meets Monday /Wednesday/Friday morning, the other meets Tuesday/Thursday morning from 9:00 a.m. to noon.

The Toddler Time Class: This class is designed for children who are 2 years old by September 30.  The goal for this class includes socialization, encouraging creativity and curiosity, enhancing language skills and interactive play.  One class will meet on Monday / Wednesday mornings and another on Tuesday/Thursday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to noon.

A Christian based curriculum will be incorporated into all classes.

Shenandoah Preschool has an adjustment period in which we allow the child to become accustomed to his/her surroundings.  We understand that children may need time to feel comfortable in new situations.  If there are problems during this period, we will work closely with the parents to determine the best solution for the child.
